Inland Northwest Marketing ("INW," "we," "us") is an authorized dealer of residential fiber internet service. This page describes our text-messaging (SMS) program and how we handle the contact information customers provide.
When a customer speaks with one of our field representatives — in person at their door or by phone — and provides their mobile number, we may send them text messages related to that conversation: their service quote, appointment and installation scheduling, and follow-up about their interest in fiber internet service.
We only text people who have given their phone number directly to an INW representative during an in-person or phone conversation for the purpose of receiving their quote and follow-up. We do not buy, rent, or send messages to purchased phone lists.
Message frequency varies and is conversational (typically a quote and one or more follow-ups). Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one
confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the
details below.
We use the phone number and information you provide only to serve you: to prepare your quote, schedule installation, and follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Information may be shared with the internet service provider (e.g., Fidium/Consolidated) solely to process and fulfill your order, and with service providers that help us send messages, under confidentiality obligations. No mobile information is shared for promotional or third-party use.
